Great location for families
5/5 Very cozy place. Comfortable furniture and beds. Pics are accurate. Very friendly neighbors. The island feels very safe and is well maintained. Lots to do for kids and families, although my family stayed mostly at the beach. There is even a space for church service on the island on Sundays.
We go to a Florida beach every year. This is our favorite beach on the east side of Florida. Very clean. Nice sand, yet shells are found. There is a large pool on the island as well and a pool on the Nettles beach area. Both are well maintained and have bathrooms.
The owner is very nice and responsive.

Couples get away
4/5 We enjoyed our stay. The contact person (Mary) was very helpful. We had a storage issue but Mary helped resolve the problem. Hurricane Ian was approaching & they had to put up the storm shutters. We had to leave a day early because sever weather. Property was a little smaller than expected but overall we had a nice stay.

Amazing stay!
5/5 My family and I enjoyed this home very much. It was perfect. Roomy. And had everything you needed. This will definitely be our new place to stay. Can’t wait to come back

5/5 We loved staying here! It was perfect for us. It was quiet and clean. We loved that it was close to many activities. The nearby beach is beautiful and the water is warm. This place had everything we needed from boogie boards and beach chairs to a wide selection of kitchenware to make a yummy dinner. It has modern appliances and cute personal touches. The neighborhood grocery store is lacking some, but bigger grocery stores are near by. We didn't check out the neighborhood amenities but we met a few neighbors and they were really nice. The owners, Matt and Mary were wonderful to work with and very communicative. There was a small glitch with the TV signal and Matt troubleshoote
