• Exceptional all around

  We stayed with our family of three plus my mom and were completely comfortable. Poldi is an exceptional host, and the property itself exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed easy walks to the beach for morning strolls every day, and the beach itself is beautiful. We met other friendly families with whom our child was able to play, but thankfully it is a quiet, peaceful beach which was perfect for relaxing. Yummy restaurants nearby, and easy access to groceries. Highly recommend for families and/or couples!

• Overpriced rental.

  This rental was way overpriced for what it was. With all the fees it was over $400 a night. The barbecue grill was too dirty to think about using and there was animal feces on the ground behind it. The frying pans were worn, the bath linens were old and stained, the garbage can was full, and the Roku tv’s were a struggle. With fees that high you should have straight-up cable. We were going to cancel ,but the remaining balance was charged to our credit card at 2:45 AM (I get text alerts) on our last day to cancel. We could have stayed at a nice hotel with a swimming pool near the beach for that amount of money, but we had already paid so much for this place we had to stick it out. We booked it for 3 nights and couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our towels, which we replaced with new ones two weeks ago, are regularly replaced and sanitized, and we conduct thorough inspections to ensure our guests' comfort. As for the barbecue grill and outdoor area, we clean them meticulously after each guest's stay. However, Florida's natural environment, including lizards, can sometimes leave small traces, which we work diligently to address.
  
  Communication is key, and we regret any inconvenience regarding garbage disposal. We're always available to assist guests promptly with any concerns, including waste management.
