I won’t book again
1/5 Owner complained that I called him at 7:00 in the morning
No smoke detectors
Unacceptable heat in unit-on the 3rd day owner ordered 2 small space heaters and they weren’t enough-inadequate heating
No slip proof bath mat in tub-owner ordered on day 3
No kitchen table/chairs-owner ordered table and benches and expected me to assemble them
Floors were very dirty-couldn’t walk barefoot without getting black feet
Mattress in master bed was unacceptably uncomfortable
Old prescription pills and layer of dust found under master bed
Pots and pans were greasy and with standing water-I personally scrubbed a pan to make it clean and cookable
Rusty razor blade left on top of out door grill
Tools and construction materials left in grass off of porch
Trash strewn all over yard
Remnants of oil change for a vehicle left in front yard
Replacement sheets for master bed were not correct size

- Following your visit, new towels and properly sized sheets have been ordered, and additional linens and pillows are now stocked for guest convenience.
- The unit has since undergone a deep cleaning to ensure our cleanliness standards are met.
- The HVAC system has been inspected and confirmed to be fully operational.
- The kitchen table and chairs have now been fully installed.
- The yard and exterior areas are being inspected to ensure they are free of debris.
