Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. we enjoyed the stay except for a few instances.
There were no outside Lighting, even though there were bulbs all around the outside of the house and on a pole in the back yard. none worked
There were no covering on the dining room and kitchen windows. It was very uncomfortable being surrounded by darkness knowing anyone outside can see your every move inside.
there was clothing left under the beds in one of the bedrooms.
there were three garbage cans 2 were completely full and the other half full upon our arrival.
even though we felt uncomfortable at times we enjoyed the property and plan on staying again. hopefully the lighting issue will be resolved

Warning to potential visitors. This property was in poor, outdated condition and was absolutely filthy and poorly managed. Sheets with brown stain, light fixtures and wall outlets that did not work, plumbing fixtures that were loose, terrible water pressure, flies in kitchen, minimal and mismatched hodge hodge of kitchen plates, cups and utensils, meat juice on three levels inside fridge, one oven pan with no oven mitt, sofa recliner broken, fridge had a bad compressor and made super loud noise at night that continuously woke us up, lawn was over a foot tall in areas, plastic outdoor furniture was not set up but in a huge heap in tall grass, dirty shower with hairs all on the wall, lamp in bedroom held together by tape, overhead fan light not functioning in bedroom, pillows were lumpy, sheets had a strange odor, interior and exterior walls appeared to have moisture issues, and trash was laying around all sides of the exterior of property. Expedia and VRBO, please call me if you want the photos. So unfortunate of a place to stay. Will never return, absolutely do not recommend this place to stay, and honestly feel we deserve a refund based on the horrendous condition of property.

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were both surprised and disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- First, we assure you that our property is professionally cleaned and disinfected after each guest. Claims about the dirty shower and hair on the walls are surprising and not consistent with our cleaning standards. Previous guests have not reported such issues.
- Our lawn maintenance crew visits every 2-3 weeks to ensure the property is well-groomed. The property is situated on a large waterfront lot, and curb appeal is very important to us. We have pictures from our landscaping company showing the lawn's condition. The outdoor furniture is placed around the fire pit to prevent the wind from blowing the cover off, they are not left in a heap as described.
- Regarding the refrigerator, it was indeed left in a dirty state after your departure, including the alleged "meat juice." Our cleaning team thoroughly cleans all appliances between guests. If there were any issues with the fridge making noise, we were not notified during your stay and would have promptly addressed it.
- We ensure all lighting fixtures are functional. The living room lights and bedroom ceiling fans with lights operate via wall switches and pull strings. If there were difficulties, a quick message could have helped resolve any confusion.
- Our sheets and pillows are less than two months old and professionally laundered. We take great care to ensure they are fresh for each guest. No previous guests, including our cleaning team and myself, have noticed an unstable pedestal sink.
- We regret that these concerns were not brought to our attention during your stay, as we strive to provide immediate assistance and rectify any issues promptly.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
