Amazing
5/5 Home was very clean and very comfortable. It had everything we could have possibly wanted. The pool was maybe the most amazing amenity. Would stay there again for sure.

Great beach house
5/5 We enjoyed our visit. 4 kids between the ages of 5-10. Nice pool, patio area. Close to the beach and nice shops.
Spring Break Family Fun
4/5 We enjoyed our stay and the house worked well for two families with teens (8 people total). Although on a busy street, we had privacy in the backyard and it was quiet. It is centrally located to Jacksonville and the beaches. We did notice some things in the house that would be good for the owner or mgmt group to update including: terrible water pressure in master bath shower, securing toilets in both bathrooms to the floor, fixing doors that don't lock, fixing the plaster wall in the entry area, fixing silverware drawer, replacing lounge chair cushions and making sure grill and fire have propane (both tanks were empty). The pool was chilly but nice when the weather was warmer. Overall a good rating but just needs some attention to repairs and upkeep. We
