  Place is great for 6 people… with a pool and right on the beach. Our problem was more with the rental company and/or owner. Not sure who we spoke with but their level of customers service was unacceptable… especially for the price.

  It started with the cleaning service being in the unit when we arrived… and three hours afterwards! She tried explaining how she was “running late” and how we should come back. She went on to explain the rental company was to blame because it’s too much work for her. She was very nice but we were there to relax, not to be therapists.

  * The unit is also in need of some TLC. Screws falling out of stools… crumbs in the chair/sofa cushions… dirty/stained towels… and lots of other details that no one is addressing. About the towels… we washed every towel ourselves (they were that disgusting) and ended up calling for complete replacement as no one was willing to use them. They said they would drop off new towels… and they did so on day 3. Sorry, not acceptable for a relaxing vacation.

  * The main balcony where we collectively hung out was filthy. The tiles need to be power washed… tables/chairs are gross… it’s as if the entire outdoor area has been neglected for years.

  * When we addressed these issues to the rental company/owners, they urged us not to leave a negative review and gave us $100. Sorry, that’s not how you handle situations like this. I really hope they get their act together because the space is great. Good luck… to you and them!

• Disappointing

  This rental was spacious but disappointing, primarially because of the maintence company, the building cleanliness and the bedding. The unit was clean but the stair railing is an accident waiting to happen. The kitchen did have serving and eating dishes but was lacking in kitchen pans (only one broken sauté pan provided). ALL of us had a difficult time sleeping because the beds that were overly soft and lumpy...providing NO support. As another reviewer stated the patio furniture is not up to par...the area was dirty and because the patio is not screened the birds love to use the furniture as perches, leaving their evidence behind.

  The biggest obstacles were communication from the management company and the condo building. The customer service is LACKING and the building is FILTHY!!

  We could not access the internet for members of the party to work the first evening, only to learn later the reservation information provided incorrect passcodes. I left calls and emails for the appropriate contacts: Alesia was MIA, sending a text to my voice mail, that she could not talk, to text. I text her but never heard one word from her. Patrick answered the phone with a sleepy "Yeah" and I thought I had reached someone other than a "professional" maintenance contact. At 4:15 p.m. he told me he would check on it, but help never came. I continued to call and send messages, but I finally ended up calling the 24/7 customer service at 11:30 p.m. Then, and only then, did we get a call back from Patrick but a day of work income was lost. I reported the tub in the middle bathroom was not draining but no help came and when Patrick finally called back the night before check out, I declined his offer to send someone over that night.

  When I pointed out my concerns, he had the audacity to ask if I didn't like the million dollar property. I have owned million dollar plus condos in Marco Island, and trust me, we did not see this level inadequate service.

  Secondly, the building maintenance was the worst I have seen...dirty walls and floors, food droppings in the elevator, unswept hallways and overflowing garbage cans near the entrances (why are these not stored at the rear of the building instead of close to the entrances?)

  I can only hope the owner of this property can read this review and will update the beds, choose another company to service this unit and take the property concerns to the condo association.

• Great beach getaway Condo

  We were very impressed from the moment we stepped into the condo until the time we closed the door at the end of our stay. The condo is 2 stories, big and very well equipped. The views are great, the beach was great, the pool was great. Everything that you need for a stay was found in the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to grocery stores, resaurants and beach shops. We have nothing but good things to say about this condo and the way it was presented and run. Thanks for the good stay.
