Gem of a location
5/5 My mom and I took my daughters to Florida for a long weekend. I wanted something on the water and found this HUGE condo. It was perfect. The picture's do not do it justice at all. Theres a king sized bed in one bedroom with a balcony that overlooks the water. It’s a side balcony so it’s not a huge view, but it was perfect for my daughters to take lots of pictures of the sunset. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet with lots of drawer space in the dressers. There is a pullout couch in the living room and another couch. The living area is ginormous with a large table and chairs and more seating at the counter. You have lots of pots and pans and silverware and other cooking items. There is another huge balcony in the front that wraps around to the side. There’s plenty seating outside for everyone to enjoy the fresh air and you have a nice view of the pool while the kids swim, you can be reading a book or whatever on that balcony. The closet on the balcony has beach chairs and toys, which was great. If you wanna walk across the street for coffee, there is a little French café that has wonderful croissants very near. The best part is that the beach is just a quick ride down the elevator or a flight of stairs and walk out the back everyone at the complex was super friendly, including the maintenance man who was super helpful.

5/5 I’ve stayed at this property quite a few times now. It has always been clean and well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vacation. It’s always nice to get back to Indian Shores with its nice restaurants and beautiful beaches. We will come back again. The owner is always a call away to answer your questions.

Family getaway
5/5 My wife and I traveled from Augusta , GA to visit with our daughter and son in law Tampa, FL. We were lucky enough to find this condo for 4 nights. What a great condo. Clean, updated, well cared for and in a great location. Beautiful views of the swimming pool and the beach and ocean. I highly recommend this condo and I certainly would stay again. Thanks for everything to the owner and the property staff.
