Amazing pool and location!
5/5 This home had everything needed for our stay in early October. The backyard pool was a big hit, it’s not huge but it is very private and plenty of fun for our family of three. Easy 5 minute walk down to 12th Ave beach access, the provided beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, and cooler were a major plus. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and has everything to prep basic meals at home. IRB is a cute beach town with two parks nearby, bike rental shops, lots of local restaurants, and only a quick drive up to Clearwater for a variety of tourist activities.
Excellent Family Location
5/5 The house worked great for a 3 generation family get-together. It is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping and parks. A bonus for us was the park with pickleball courts 2 blocks away. The house is well equipped, much better than most. Two separate living spaces worked well for us. The pool is small but very well done. Warm, clean and the kids loved the multicolored lights at night. The end of August is a perfect time to visit Florida. It was not crowded at the beach, attractions, or restauants. The beach was uncrowded, the water very warm and the sunsets each night couldn't have been better.

Good choice for our 3 generation Family vacation
5/5 Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, pickleball, and interesting neighborhood walks. The pool, while not huge was perfect. It looks almost new and in great condition. We loved the temperature. The pool was cleaned the second day we were there and that was all it needed.
The week we chose in August was a nice week to visit Florida. Kids were back in school and the crowds were way down.
We enjoyed kayaking in two different areas and were lucky enough to see manatees.
The ocean was warm, clear, and quiet while we were there. Every evening during our beach walk the sunset couldn't have been more beautiful.

5/5 We had a wonderful time. Great location beds very comfortable. Owners responded quickly with answers to question. Would definitely recommend this house

Indian Rock Beach rental
