Hard review to write
3/5 Struggling with this review. Unit was cute and modern with updates. But some things were cheaped out … specifically bedding, minimal dishes in kitchen (only 2 cereal bowls), trash can liners that disintegrated, no toiletries especially soap in bath, and minimalistic furniture in the living room. Past negative reviews have addressed the inability to see over the solid concrete wall on the patio … this is a very typical Florida condo thing. I also stayed at a very high end golf resort in Palm Harbor and same thing with those patios. My main issue was the noise. The walls seem paper thin. I could tell specifically what songs/bands were playing in the unit next door … and I could hear their conversations clearly. They were not being overly loud. They just liked staying up until midnight and I prefer going to bed at 10 pm. So I was kept awake late. Sunsets were amazing and the views from this unit are amazing!!
Needs cleaning and new bedding
2/5 The location is really nice but the floors were filthy, I came in on a Sat and didn't get them cleaned until Wed. The communication about check in was poor as no fob for the pool or community center available for 3 days. The bedding is really old and needs to be replaced. I have never had such an experience with other Florida locations using VRBO.

Beautiful view!
4/5 The complex is beautiful. The only thing bad was that the pool was down the whole time we were there. And I guess two weeks prior to us being there it was down to. So didn’t get to use it and that was one reason we booked there. The condo was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Loved watching the dolphins and wild life off the balcony. Need to fix sliding doors they do not lock! Security! Or put pole in track. Had really good restaurants close by.
5/5 My husband and I loved staying at this property!I actually watched the sun both rise and set from the balcony. We definitely recommend staying!!The only negative thing I can say is that we didn’t stay long enough!

Quiet beautiful condo
5/5 If you are looking for the exact opposite of a fast paced Disney vacation this is the place. Great views, and beautiful nature trails. There are no beaches but after staying there I find a different kind of beauty with the wildlife and natural coast line. Kim the condo manager is the best.
