  We stayed for a month and was never contacted to address concerns. We had to buy toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The balcony doors are unsafe and the frames are falling apart. The place was filthy. I washed the windows, chairs and furniture. My wife washed the dishes, and sex stains off of the bedding. The coffee pot had never been cleaned. I had to buy light bulbs for a lamp. Soap scum was thick on sink drain and it took nearly 30 minutes to clean it off. Horrible experience. VRBO has proven to not be worthy of a stay. This was absolutely a horrible experience.

As part of our standard procedure, all guests are sent an email prior to arrival with detailed entry instructions, security measures, and contact information, including my assistant Janet's phone number.
  - During your stay, I was out of the country on a pre-planned trip but made arrangements for Janet to be available to address any issues. Regrettably, we did not receive any communication from you or Janet regarding the concerns you mentioned in your review.
  - Regarding cleanliness and maintenance, we take pride in ensuring that our property meets high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Our cleaning supplies are readily available for guests' use, and we provide essential amenities such as toiletries, coffee, and kitchen essentials to enhance your stay.
  - I have personally inspected the sliding doors and furniture mentioned in your review and found no issues. However, your feedback is valuable, and we are taking steps to address any potential areas for improvement, such as replacing the kitchen chairs.
  Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and regret that your stay did not meet your expectations.

• Quiet and relaxing

  Enjoyed a peaceful week visiting family in the area with the condo as home base. Watched dolphins from the balcony several times and had beautiful sunsets.

  Beautiful views and quiet condo community. Nicely stocked condo
