2/5 2/5 due to power going out everyday some days 9-5 and not being told of this issue until 3 hours before check in. Not listed on evolve site. Pool was also still down and website said open.

Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. The property was affected by two recent hurricanes that caused widespread damage in the area, and we made every effort to communicate this to our guests beforehand.
Prior to your arrival, our property manager contacted all guests to inform them that the property was operating on generator power and that the pool was temporarily closed for repairs. In your case, we reached out well in advance of your check-in to provide these updates, not just three hours prior, as mentioned in your review. We also offered you the option to cancel or reschedule your stay given the circumstances, but you chose to proceed with the reservation.
We understand the challenges the power outages presented, but they were a necessary part of the restoration process to repair electrical systems damaged by the storms. Despite these limitations, we are grateful that our property was one of the few in the area that could still provide safe, dry accommodations when many others were completely inaccessible due to flooding.
We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and thank you for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back in the future under better conditions.Beautiful condo
5/5 Condo is beautifully updated including a wonderful patio with an ocean view for morning coffee and evening drinks! It was clean and exactly as pictured! Kim was a great host and we would absolutely stay again!
