5/5 Refurbished older dwelling that is clean and well located. Only negatives are that it located on a road that can be very busy at times and neighborhood has a somewhat industrial feel. The home was very clean and has a good central location for visiting all the local springs. The price point and having your own private pool more than make up for any negatives. The owner is quite proactive to let you know you will be taken care of if there air problems. Will definitely come back if get the chance.

5/5 Property was clean, and well stocked. The location was great,very close to all of the springs, very nice parks, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable. Very large fenced in yard. Property could you use a good Handyman but everything we needed and more was there .
