2/5 The house hasn't been maintained well. Most of the electrical outlets in the rooms didn't work or were loose. The septic backed up outside in the front yard and the toilets wouldn't flush after 2 days. There were damprid bads hanging everywhere and portable AC/ dehumidifiers in the bathrooms and front room. The backyard had trash everywhere (tiki torches laying in the garden bed with lighters, squirt guns in the yard, alcohol cans in the firepit, weeds growing so high) and hasn't been maintained. The windows to the back of the house were dirty and we could hardly see through them. It just looked like no one has taken care of it. The furniture and bedding was nice. It is a great location for access to the springs and river. The dock is nice.

Activities galore
4/5 Spacious home with excellent location. Kids enjoyed swimming and kayaking. Caught crabs for dinner. Only complaint was we needed to get toilet paper paper towels and garbage bags
