5/5 This is our second time staying in this house, and it did not disappoint!! We love that there’s plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with items to help us cook all of our meals. The upstairs game room got lots of use by our kids (we had a ping pong tournament!). It was warm enough for us to swim in the river off the dock, and do lots of kayaking, even though the manatees were out in the gulf. We did get lucky enough to have a pair of manatees swim near the dock that we could watch for awhile. This house is absolutely the best vacation spot for our family! We love the location and everything it offers for us. We will be back!!!

5/5 The location is perfect and the house is amazing and well stocked with anything you might need! There were enough kayaks and floats for everyone and I especially loved the paddle board. We saw manatees everyday and the kids (and adults) had a great time just swimming from the dock. The kids loved the upstairs bedroom/game room and felt like they had their own apartment (one of the king bedrooms is also up here). We all had a blast and look forward to staying here again!

Quick scalloping trip
5/5 Great house! Super clean. Stocked well and the little extras appreciated such as the games, well stocked kitchen for cooking, kayaks, plenty of parking, great water pressure and temperature!We only wish we had booked earlier to enjoy July 4th in Homasassa/ Crystal River.We enjoyed a visit from a family of manatees.
