    The house is really pretty especially inside, but the back with the screened in porch is awesome and the dock provides a great place to see manatees and other wildlife. Very clean and comfortable. We’d definitely like to come back!

    This house is on the perfect spot on the Homosassa River. We saw many manatees from the dock and enjoyed the boat traffic outside. It is close to the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, which is really great.

    The outdoor furniture is updated from the photos with nice Adirondack chairs. The kitchen is adequate for a rental and the main living space is large and comfortable. The only negative is that the mattresses are hard and not comfortable at all. The master bedroom mattress is the worst. If the beds were comfortable, it would get 5 stars for sure!

    I also wish the rental came with kayaks or included information on how to rent them for several days. Most rental agencies nearby only rent for trips.

    Seeing the manatees was magical and a bucket list item for sure!

    This house is perfect for stay near the springs. We enjoyed kayaking in the area and watching the manatees swim by the dock. The house is in the perfect location to watch the boats go by and not too far to kayak to the Homosassa Spring State Park. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch in the evening to avoid the mosquitos. We cooked breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed checking out the local restaurants for lunch or dinner. We are looking forward to another stay here next year.
