3/5 Island: Excellent. Tons of exceptional wide open beautiful beach. Quiet, safe, lower key than many.Location on island: Very good. Near Publix, Walgreens, Bus line, some small dining spots, near exit from island, and only a short walk or bike ride to the beach.Complex: Smaller complex, overall average, but quiet. Smaller pool that is sometimes crowded and arguably too small for the number of bathers. No onsite mgt. We were a little startled by the daytime raccoons that would come out of the woods, climb through the fence, and drink from the crowded pool. Some heavy equip noise from causeway.Unit: Average unit probably built late 80s, clean but could use some updating. Unit is dark-ish, patio backs up to the heavily wooded mangroves and there is no view and almost no sun. Only one small window in spare room for any cross ventilation, sun, or view of complex area. We appreciate the many towels and paper products. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, tools, some spices. Carport nearly impossible to use with any larger vehicle, i was able to back in with a multipoint K turn (wife wouldn't attempt) but if someone parks in the outdoor slot of the next unit, forget it. outdoor "open" parking near unit usually full so if you can't get into the carport it's likely a walk with your gear. Bring a smaller car if you can. One double set of steps to unit. Owner: Responsive and seems like a nice guy. Conclusion: We'll be back to AMI but probably a different spot.

5/5 Nice and clean condo with most supplies included to prepare meals and wash laundry. Very convenient to have all the beach supplies downstairs, along with a cart to carry them. Close to shops and grocery store within walking distance. A minor problem was handled quickly.
