Condo was darling!
5/5 The Condo and Christian were awesome! However, when inquiring about the parking, we were told it was 100 whether you stay over one night or seven nights. We only had a car for two nights. It was not valet parking as we always parked ourselves. I didn't feel this was clear enough in the listing. We thought we were paying 20 per day. When we went to do laundry, it said we would have to pay 2 for washing and 2 for drying. We had to have a special white card which only they could provide. We got the white card, (we only wanted 4 to wash and dry one load), but we had to purchase by credit card a minimum of 10. The building was very secure which being three ladies, we appreciated. If you wanted to rent an umbrella and chairs for the beach, you had to go to the building next door to pay. You also had to go to the building next door to pay for valet parking which was NOT valet parking! The owners left many supplies in the condo which we appreciated not having to purchase, i.e., toilet paper, paper towels, salt & pepper, dishwashing pods! We would rent this condo again but be more prepared for the extras. Nicely decorated and clean!
