  This is a very spacious, nicely decorated condo with a fully stocked kitchen. It has a large balcony overlooking both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The pictures do not capture the extend of the views. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs so it is a great place to sit and take in the views. We also loved that this unit is less than 100 yards from the beach/boardwalk. Since it is on the southern end, you don't get all the crowds but you can still easily walk to restaurants and shops. There is lots to do in the area and we are looking forward to coming back.

  Beautifully updated, clean and quiet unit. Having an extra bathroom and a unique pull out in the living room (essentially two separate beds) is a huge asset. Amazing location - half block from the beach and boardwalk and close to the downtown/south trolley stop. Having laundry and a large clean kitchen with beautiful appliances was amazing. Obvious owner care. Would definitely recommend!

  We are a family of 4 who was looking for a beach getaway. This place was just amazing - to begin with, the location is amazing. It's just a half block from the beach, just a short walk to the Hollywood beach Boulevard with restaurants and just a couple of short blocks to the closest trolley stop (for downtown Hollywood where there are even more fun restaurants and shopping). The view from the large balcony is amazing - ocean to the right, waterways to left. The apartment itself is also - to begin with the size was so much better than any hotel - very spacious rooms, nice and bright, large windows. We are a family of 4 and the two pull out "chairs" in the living room was perfect for our kids - it gave them space and they were so very comfy. This would be perfect for a family of 4 or 4 adults travelling together. The large dining space and large and well appointed kitchen couldn't be beat. We appreciated the beautiful design and cleanliness of the unit. The second bathroom was a definite plus too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to family or friends!

  Great location and close to the beach ! Very relaxing to take in the views from the balcony while having your breakfast or coffee (we never put the TV or our other gadgets on to truly enjoy)

  Kitchen is well equipped and we had fun using the pool on the property
