CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to coordinate your arrival time and receive additional check-in instructions
- Guests will need to fill out and return the HOA registration form at least one week before their check-in date. Please see the Additional Documents section below for more details
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and recycle (recycling is found on the lobby floor)
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels inside the hamper provided
- Leave keys and FOBs on the table at the entrance
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Clear out your streaming account credentials from the TVs
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Leave a review to let us know how your stay was, we love to hear from guests
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- 1 vehicle can be parked in the designated parking spot labeled #470

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS:
- All guests must fill out the below form and return it to the Guest Contact at least one week before arrival so that they can be registered with the HOA as a guest in the community:

- Guests are also required to review and sign the community rules before arrival. Please return your signed copy to the Guest Contact along with the registration form:

- Guests also have the option to fill out a more extensive registration form to be registered as a tenet (rather than guest). This form must be filled out at least 3 weeks before arrival. Please reach out to the Guest Contact ASAP if you are interested
