This property is perfect for anyone looking to explore the many state parks in Northern Florida. The O'leno State Park entrance is 3 miles away, and the town of High Springs is a quick 8-mile drive out! You'll find a free boat ramp for access to the Santa Fe River just a 1/2 mile down the road and a multitude of different state parks within 20 minutes of your door.
The water in this part of Florida stays at a constant 72 degrees year-round and is perfect for scuba diving, cave diving, tubing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. In the wintertime, the manatees will swim up the Santa Fe to stay warm in these natural springs!
When you're not eating at the house, treat yourself to a delicious dinner in Gainesville located just 20 miles away! Gainesville is home to the University of Florida and plenty of fun college games at the Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Gainesville is also a great spot to get some shopping done or go antiquing. The property is also 20 minutes from the Santa Fe College.
Some other ideas for fun while you're at the house include driving 14.3 miles to the Ichetucknee Springs, 17 miles to the Ginnie Springs, 15 miles to the Blue Springs, or any of the other natural sights you can find!
If you're in the mood for a trip to the beach, be sure to map out a day trip to St Augustine Beach, Cedar Key, or Jacksonville Beach. Orland and Tallahassee are also short treks from this home if you're in the mood for a change of scenery or to visit Walt Disney World.

Had a nice stay
4/5 The house was nice and had very comfortable beds. The owners were very helpful and always there if a problem arose. The only negative was that the water had a very bad smell and the shower in the master bathroom the floor is very soft. We overall had a very pleasant stay.
