Clean house - quirks with stay
4/5 The house was beautiful and clean, however, it was a turn off that every. single. thing. was on a timer. Ceiling fans and lights would regularly shut off. The bathroom fan would turn off. The hot tub would turn off every 15 minutes. The light in the pool would turn off. So it was a CONSTANT getting up and turning something back on. Also one day our water shut off for a few hours, and we don’t know if it was random or something we did.
Also, there were slats of the vertical blinds missing in every window - including the upstairs bathroom overlooking the street. We had to hand a sheet over the window to have privacy in the shower.
Lastly, the temperature of the thermostat was locked going no lower than 74°, which isn’t great in Florida. I emailed the homeowner, and he made an exception for it to go lower at night while we were sleeping, but it was still not comfortable in the mornings with the morning sun coming in all the windows.
We did enjoy our stay very much, but in the future we’d look for a different house.

We loved it and had an awesome time!!!
5/5 Everything was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, the house was big and had plenty of room for the entire family. The pool was amazing anytime of day but sunsets were especially beautiful.

Great stay!
5/5 We had a great stay! We have stayed in other rentals in the area and this was one of the bigger homes and it was ready when we arrived. They did some nice remodels too and the pool was working well.
