Awesome vacation home
5/5 This was a family vacation we met with family that only lives 5blocks from the home, and others that stayed with us from St Louis. Great time beautiful place. Lots of room. Had to leave early because of Helena storms. The host were very helpful in some questions we needed. Very pleased with our stay and home away from home. Thank you

Very nice home near St Petersburg
5/5 Very nice property. Clean and inviting. The back patio was very nice. It started to rain and breeze was blowing. I actually fell asleep. It was nice. The house had all the amenities needed including plenty of linens and everything a kitchen requires. TVs were large and easy to view. Furniture is comfortable.

Great time in Gulfport

Great time in Gulf Port
5/5 We stayed 8/2024 for hour nights as we were dropping our daughter off at college at Eckerd in St. Petersburg. We love our stay at the Periwinkle Palace, there was plenty of room to separate out since we had so many bags for move it. The place was VERY, VERY clean and all updated appliances. It was very easy to get to our location and other sites. We look forward to coming back again. The communication with the owner was good as well.

The family had a great stay in Gulfport
5/5 This was a great location and clean cozy house very close to the beach. One recommendation is to replace the bedframe in the master bedroom as it was not very stable and looks like it has been repaired before. Other than that we had a great stay and it was nice to be able to take our dogs with us on our trip.
