It was perfect from the time we opened the door the host was very fast to be responsive this was just amazing I recommend this property 100 times over again perfect location please stay at this place beautiful town friendly people
This is the second time we have rented the Walnut Cottage while visiting family in Green Cove Springs.
The location is perfect for us.
Since we stayed two years ago there have been many upgrades: well stocked kitchen, new windows (my husband loved that and I lived the kitchen) even dryer balls in the dryer to help your clothes dry faster.
Would recommend this property and we hope to come back in the fall.
We have stayed here before and loved it then and even more when we returned this time. The house provides a warmth to make you feel like you’re at home. It helped make our Christmas perfect.

This is a beautiful place in a great location. Nicely stocked and furnished. Didn't get the check-in code until 30 min before arrival. I emailed, sent text messages, left voice messages, no response. Property manager apologized, but my anxiety level was through the roof by the time she contacted me. Stay was great until internet didn't work. Apparently, provider's end worked great, but wifi in the house was malfunctioning. Thankfully, it was not urgent, but we were planning to work remotely during our stay and that was not so easy. Property manager did refund one night's stay. Hopefully, others will not have these issues.

Hi Susan, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: Thank you for your stay!
-Unfortunately, the property manager had an emergency on the day of check-in and was not in a cell service area. We truly appreciate your graciousness, as this was an unexpected situation.
-We are glad we were still able to provide you the access information to the property prior to your arrival. As well as provide an immediate workaround solution for the wifi issues and a refund for one of your night's stay.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
