  First off the pictures of the place are deceiving. Did not look like the place at all. There were dead bugs in our bathroom my husband had to get rid of. The shower had stains from what looks like old bars of soap. The bed was hard as a rock, there were ants in the fridge. The water smells and never got warm. The towels and blankets smelled horrible. My husband and I had to get a hotel our last night in FL because it says quiet time at 10 but we were both woken up at 1:30 in the morning to loud music. Lastly, I texted the owner of the issues and asked for a partial refund for our last day being we had to leave it was so bad, and he never responded. We were very respectful a message back would have been appreciated.

They confirmed fresh linens and towels were placed out prior to your stay, and the towels and linens are less than three months old. We’ve followed up with the team to reinforce our standards and ensure everything is carefully checked between guests.
  - The mattress is just over a year old and was selected to accommodate a wide range of guest preferences, though we understand comfort can vary from person to person.
  - The listing photos are intended to accurately reflect the home, and we regularly review the property to ensure it continues to match what guests see when booking.
  - We responded later the same evening after receiving your message to apologize and ask for additional details so we could better understand the concerns and assist.
