1/5 HelloI want to start by saying I rent through VRBO on a weekly basis.Charging me 75 for early arrival was a red flag to me but hey we are all here to make money right? upon arrival the house looks to be as seen online...After walking around and seeing what was what, I noticed how unclean and under kept the whole house was. From that point things only go downhill....-Went to wash our items from travel and the washer is extremely unbalanced on every load we have tried-Furniture is stained and not appealing: couches, chairs, etc.-Cobwebs all around everywhere you look-Baseboards were filthy bed linens had hair in them as if they were never washed-Lost a sock and upon looking under the bed wasn't about to to stick my hand under it.-Wifi that was sent in email is not correct-Floors are very rough and trip hazards in many places-Toilet in master bathroom loosevery unsatisfied to say the least and if i was to be staying any longer i would have left ...all in all this was supposed to be newly remodeled and the nicest thing i see as a contractor that might be new is kitchen, its a total disappointment.
