Great location, walkable to downtown Gainesville!
5/5 The carriage house was very comfortable for me and my husband but the best thing of all about the rental was the location. We spend many hours just walking around the area as it is a historic district of Gainesville and also walkable to Gainesville. Highly recommend this property for a couple visiting the area!

Clean and Great Location
5/5 We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and the communication before and upon arrival was professional and informative. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable but the sofa bed and trundle in the living room aren't far behind. We didn't spend much time in the house but having a Roku tv was nice at night when we were winding down. We commented several times over the weekend how clean and well decorated the house was... Very cozy feel. We would definitely stay here again any time we come to Gainesville.
