5/5 This property Is extremely clean, welcoming, and stocked with everything you need especially for the showers and bathrooms.
Owner was very easy to communicate with. Location of the property is wonderful. Beds are super comfortable.
Definitely highly recommend for a stay in Gainesville.

Location close to UF
4/5 We stayed 2 nights and the place is nice. The location is great for our activities near UF. For an older building, it works nicely. The larger bedrooms are upstairs. Communication with the host is easy and they respond quickly. It's not a fancy location but if you just need a place to sleep or hang out for a weekend, this is a great little spot.

Wonderful stay
5/5 This property was exactly what we needed for our family wedding weekend in Gainesville. It's close enough to restaurants and stores but the community is quiet. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Townhome for Multi Generational family stay
5/5 We were in Gainesville for a wedding and had my senior age in-laws with us in the unit. It was perfect as there was one bedroom with bathroom/shower that was accessible without stairs. Definitely a unit that works for a mixed generational stay. A total of 5 family members stayed comfortably and the size of the unit helped us spend time together and room to get dressed for the wedding. WAY better than trying to work hotel rooms! The host was accommodating and was readily available by email and text.
