Great little gem
5/5 Relaxing property off the strip to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfy.
Owners Gwen and Ed are great people. They made sure we had a comfy stay. Prior to my stay Gwen sent videos of the property to show the layout. As long as traffic is good the beach is 5 min or less away. I wish it was walkable, but the area to walk has a busy street.
Stores are not far at all. We stayed a week and enjoyed the experience!

5/5 Gwen and Ed were amazing hosts. They were so sweet and responsive. The unit was exactly as listed. Clean, pretty, and comfortable. Gwen was great at providing a list of fun things to do around the area! Will stay here again!

5 Star Family!
5/5 Gwen and Ed were the absolute best hosts! Newly married, my husband and i with our family of 9 enjoyed our first official family vacation. Their home is welcoming and certain to give you the feel of being "home away from home." Our children loved the backyard, personal pool, and variety of provided games they had no desire to visit the beach after a 6 hour drive! The onsite grill and full kitchen made cooking and eating as a family easy. We were eight minutes from the beach, all essential need stores, and tourist attractions were in walking distance if not a short drive. The neighborhood was quiet, both Gwen and Ed responded quickly and were happy to make themselves available in short notice. From the swing in the front yard, to the multiple seating inside or outside the home, it was perfect for our family size. We have titled it the "Anderson Vacation Home" and look forward to making this an annual event. We can not thank them enough for being everything they advertised to be and more! I would highly recommend and will be booking again!

Ft. Walton stay
5/5 Five adults and one infant, plenty of room inside and a nice sitting area outside with a pool. Will go back, I do wish they had a washing machine, especially with an infant, but the owners did take the time to do a load of laundry for us and it was greatly appreciated. Great owners and very friendly and helpful.
