  House was nice pool was a little dirty and back yard needed some cleaning and mowed. Grass to tall for little one to play.

• Unclean Stay

  From the pictures, we were very excited about our upcoming stay. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the house had a weird smell. After further discovery, we realized the house was not clean. Dog hair was on the bed sheets and sand was all over the floor. The shower was clogged, and tons of hair was found when we cleaned it. The outlets were loose, and we were unable to charge phones. The ceiling fans were loud and were falling off the hinges. A lamp was broken as well as drawers so we were unable to place clothes and turn on lights. The pool was not cleaned and we spent an hour cleaning the pool so we could utilize it. The beds had dust and dog hair on the headboards and it appeared the place was very dusty and had not been cleaned in some time.

  Did reach out to the owner, and they sent the cleaning crew afterward. We had to be out of the house from 12 pm to 3 pm so they could clean. The cleaning crew did change the bedsheets and tighten the outlets, but nothing else was cleaned or corrected. No compensation was given for our first night with all of the issues.

  Overall this home has potential but they need a better cleaning crew and accountability from the owner.

  We loved our stay here! It was the perfect space for our family of 10 and a little fur baby. It was spacious and clean and just as listed. We loved the pool and recommendations for food and activities in the surrounding area. We cooked often there so I would just recommend adding a couple more kitchen hand towels and another skillet. No other complaints from us. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here.

  The size of the house was great for our family. Loved the openness of the living room, dining room and kitchen. We spent a lot of time in the backyard but was disappointed in the pool. The pool had a leak and so the water was always cold from the water being replenished. Also, we arrived when it was raining and the patio lawn furniture cushions were left out and was wet for most of our stay. You may want to get a storage box for the cushions so the furniture can be used. The bedroom’s definitely need drawer space so you can unpack. We were living out of suitcases which was not ideal with little children. There were some small maintenance issues that should be fixed. We enjoyed our stay and trip. This was a quiet neighborhood which we liked.
