Weekend at Bernie's
5/5 AMy wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1 1/2 week stay in Jan/Feb 2025. This house is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and along a canal, providing a relaxing view while lounging around the pool and hot tub. It was easy to get to restaurants and shopping, only 20 minutes from the international airport and not too far to drive and visit the area's beaches. The home is very nicely furnished and we had access to everything we needed (the chairs and beach umbrella were a nice touch). The beds and furniture were comfortable. Grace was very quick in responding to the couple of questions we asked and she was very helpful and welcoming. Although we had perfect weather, at this time of year the pool was just a little too cold for swimming, but we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Upon leaving, I realized that I left an item behind. Grace located that item and returned it to me. Thank you!

Perfect family getaway!
5/5 Our family of 5 stayed here for our son’s orientation at FGCU and we loved it! The house was beautiful and open and we loved the view of the canal and pool from every room of the house. The university and shopping and restaurants are just a quick 15 min drive away. We will definitely be staying again when we come to visit our son.
