4/5 Condo was very clean. Sheets and towels were excellent. Pool was great. Kitchen lacked knives and pots and pans.

5/5 Excellent location- great amenities. The condo was decorated beautifully and included everything you need and more!
Great walkable area and close to many stores, restaurants and bars!
Short drive to Ft Myers Beach.
Would definitely recommend for a great vacation rental.

Still waiting for VRBO cancellation refund
4/5 Excellent property. However third party billings by VRBO and Evolve were outrageous and almost criminal. Using algorithms to determine nightly stays and pocketing overpriced damage premiums on insurance and host of other add ons is financially dubious. You really have nothing to be proud. The owners were terrific. 5 Star. The 3rd party costs not so much. Although Evolve responses and help was excellent
