    Great location in Fort Lauderdale! Close to beach and Downtown town/Riverwalk yet in quiet secluded neighborhood with awesome canal view. House is very roomy. We only had 4 people but it is still great for 8 with 4 large bedrooms and huge outdoor/pool area.Val from Florida Short Stay property management company was wonderful! We had minor entry issue and she resolved it immediately. Our stay was in very cold weather and the HVAC heater stopped working one day. She came over checked everything and eventually found the solution and we stayed warm!

    The overall decor is in need of refurbishment, particularly the curtains in the primary bedroom. The kitchenware is a mishmash of sets and the cooking utensil are a jumble of sets and styles (I would prefer to see a single set of cutlery and a coordinated set of cooking utensils). Overall the decor could do with a refresh - e.g. paint, new kitchen table set. The pool, deck and water views are fantastic, a lovely place to hang out. The location is great, close to Los Old Blvd and the oceanfront with Publix and CVS close by. The road is quiet and safe, we would deserters to the neighborhood.

    This is such a nice place to stay, with the pool and deck on the canal you almost don’t even need to leave the property to enjoy the beauty of the area. Next time I come down I will be looking to stay here again. The property managers were excellent and personably.. just a text message away from any questions. They also provide a very detailed binder about the rules/boat rentals/things to do in the area etc.
