4/5 Had some problems with the door key not working well. Had to fiddle with it for it to work. Coffee pot didnt work.

Bugs in the kitchen drawers
2/5 The place is perfectly located for biking the trails around Floral City. However, this place needs some updating. The lock on the back door is flimsy, had to operate, and in need of replacement. There are bugs in the kitchen drawers and I had to wash dishes before using them.

Not great
2/5 The appliances were new, which I appreciated. The house was reasonably clean and the beds were ok.
Beyond that - kind of a disaster. The place is VERY rundown
Doorknobs don't work, lock falling out of the door. Plaster cracked and stained on every wall. Yard way over grown - if the weather had been warmer, would have worried about snakes. The screens are all torn or broken. The porch doors don't stay latched - so in warmer weather, mosquitos are going to be a huge problem. The indoor/outdoor carpet in the bathroom is filthy and stained.
The biggest issue was the heat. The listing said "electric heat." What that mean was 2 small space heaters - one in each bedroom. Neither was sufficient to heat the rooms, and nothing in the living area, kitchen or bathroom. It was 47 degrees in the house when we woke up on Sunday morning.
