5/5 4/5 Had some problems with the door key not working well. Had to fiddle with it for it to work. Coffee pot didnt work.

Bugs in the kitchen drawers
2/5 The place is perfectly located for biking the trails around Floral City. However, this place needs some updating. The lock on the back door is flimsy, had to operate, and in need of replacement. There are bugs in the kitchen drawers and I had to wash dishes before using them.
