4/5 We enjoyed our Xmas stay. The kitchen very well stocked. The dock right on beach was the best! Close enough to St Augustine and our favorite Snack Jacks down the street. The house and property needs some loving maintenance though especially the en suite bathroom. Hard to keep up beach property assuredly. Would consider for another holiday get together. Hard to beat evening right on the beach! MTM

5/5 House was great! Beach was very private and we enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding and just relaxing. Restaurants in area were casual and had a good variety of delicious food. We saw lots of dolphins and caught a baby hammerhead shark!

4/5 Wonderful stay. Wonderful location, literally on the beach. Other than couple things (short on towels and toilet paper) everything was perfect! Will definitely stay again. Spoke with owner and she is super helpful!
