  Everything was perfect! Very clean and stocked with all the essentials for a very comfortable stay. The views off of the large patio were amazing. It was like we had our own private beach. Highly recommend

  The location is great. Enjoyed the stay BUT:Bedroom Layout was awkward for our party of six. Lower bathroom was to smaĺl to be ofmuch use.Needs some shade for the deck and patio Sun Umbrellas would help.House needs some maintenance. Upper patio door does not lock.Upper bedroom AC kept tripping the circuit. After a tech tried to solve the problem it was to noisy to run at night. Dishwasher did not work but was replaced 3days later.

  - The bedroom layout and bathroom size are accurately shown in the listing photos and were available to review before booking.
  - Due to frequent damage from strong winds, we no longer provide sun umbrellas—but multiple sturdy ones are available in the garage for beach or patio use.
  - The upper patio door has a functioning arm bar lock. No further AC noise issues were reported after the technician resolved the tripping concern.
  - Once notified, we had a technician out within 24 hours and replaced the unit the following day.

  the house was great, we had a couple of problems but the owners handled them quickly. The views were wonderful and the beach was great, we walked on the beach almost every day. Loved the location and we had a couple of day trips to see other areas. Enjoyed both cooking in and traveling to a few of the local restaurants.
