5/5 The location was great. We were close to the beach, saw many motorcycles passing during bike week, saw rocket in sky from balcony, and loved the views. We loved having a nice washer and dryer. We enjoyed with friends hanging out in kitchen cooking fish dinner we caught in the ocean. We loved the skylights in the bedrooms upstairs. We had televisions in two be dry and larger one in living room. The pool and hot tub were fun.

Incredible view!
4/5 We recently stayed at this beach house and overall had a pretty good experience, though there were a few things worth mentioning.
Let’s start with the positives, the location and view were absolutely incredible! The house sits in a prime spot, offering stunning ocean views that are hard to beat. Waking up you're enjoying a sunrise, it's a treat to wake up and see the beach right in front of you.
The air conditioning was another highlight. With the summer heat in full swing, the AC kept the house nice and cool, which was a relief since we were in a heat wave. Definitely a big plus for staying comfortable inside.
However, one thing to note is the dunes. They’re steep! If you have any mobility issues or aren’t in the best shape, getting up and over the dunes to reach the beach could be a challenge. It's doable, but it might be tough for some, especially if you’re carrying beach gear or have young kids.
Overall, it was a solid stay with a great location and stunning views, but the dune situation could be a deal-breaker for some. If you’re up for a little physical challenge, though, the rest of the experience makes it worth it.

From the Owner: "Our beach recently underwent a restoration project that resulted in sand covering our private stairs to the beach. By law, we are not permitted to uncover these stairs, as the newly formed dunes are there to protect our property from potential storm damage.
However, public beach access stairs are located at the end of every block, and my home is only a short walk from the nearest set. These public stairs are less challenging to navigate and provide easy access to the shoreline.
We make sure all guests are aware of this before arrival, as this information is included in the details sent out before check-in."
