Wonderful day and we will be back
5/5 Great time at this house. The location is perfect and right near Flagler, which is such a sweet town and the house is right on the beach. Very good for dogs as the gated area keeps you in but yet outside! We’ve been coming to Beverly Beach for many years and hope to be back to this house very soon. Everything was well appointed and the owner was very about making sure all is well.

Great ocean view
5/5 Very rustic but comfortable, great ocean view. Flagler is very low key, ok with us.
Bill, you do need to up grade your tvs . The main tv in the family room, very difficult to operate, you have hooked up to cable and firetv, don’t need both, makes it hard to operate. Enjoyed!!

Regarding the TVs, we appreciate your comments and understand how the setup could be a bit confusing. Currently, the four TVs in the home are smart TVs, with two connected to both cable and Fire TV, one being a Roku TV, and the fourth equipped with a Fire Stick but not connected to cable. We recognize that managing multiple remotes can be tricky, and we're actively working on simplifying the experience for our guests.
During your stay, the cable required a reboot, which may have added to the difficulty. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused and will take your feedback into account as we refine the setup.

Relaxing
5/5 Our family beach vacation was a rainy week, however we were out as often as the sun peaked through. Staying in this home made that possible. Extremely accessible to the beach, just walk out the back door and down the deck. Our favorite spot was the Adirondack chairs. This home has everything you will need as referenced. Restaurants and shopping close by. The waves during our stay were ferocious. As I learned from the sea turtle patrol, yes, 2 of us got to see a nest of turtles hatched and heading to the ocean, they explained that the huge waves and rough sea was not normal. If we stay in this area again we will definitely be contacting Bill the owner and renting this beautiful home.
