  The unit is lovely, spacious, and located within one block of the beach. Everything you need is furnished. The island is beautiful; we were a short distance to Fernandia Beach's historic harbor and its shops, restaurants, attractions, and taverns.

  We enjoyed ouselves; be prepared for steamy weather and frequent rain.

• Under the Sea!!

  We absolutely loved our stay! The seaweed is always greener, in somebody’s else’s lake. You dream about going up there but that is a big mistake. Just look at the world around you, right here on the ocean floor, such wonderful things surround you, what more are you lookin for??

  All of the beauty we need right here in America. My happy song fits this situation. Everything about Amelia Island made my heart happy.

• Location was EVERYTHING!

  Location was great! I do have a few suggestions. The shower curtain liner in the hallway bathroom should be cleaned or replaced. There should be a tv in the other bedroom. A door stop should be added behind the bathroom door in the main bathroom. The hallway bathroom shower pull wasn't working properly. Water was still coming out of the faucet while showering. Other than that, it was wonderful! Easy walk to the beach!

  Great Condo, in town for a wedding. Great central location. Condo was clean and as advertised. We would highly recommend.

• Fernandina Girls Trip!

  We had an amazing time at the Fernandina Beach! Townhouse was very clean and modern. Decor was cute and cozy! We had the middle townhouse so there was not much of a backyard but we really spent more time at the beach and walking the neighborhood than hanging out so it was perfect. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again!
