Great Experience!
5/5 We decided to go to Amelia Island for a quick, back to school get-away. This was the perfect spot! Enough room for my wife and I and our 2 kids. The location was great and the owner even left us a $20 gift card to Salt life Restaurant. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break
4/5 Location - excellent..close to beach and downtown.Cleanliness- other than the floors and baseboards, the place was clean.Owner- unfortunately he was nowhere to be found the six nights we were there, did not answer his phone (calls or texts) and his voice mail was full so I could not leave a message. I asked him to change the key code before my daughter and I arrived but he never followed through. I hope he is OK.Overall my daughter and I had a great time but I will not return.
