This is the Place in Amelia Island to stay~
5/5 I might not want to tell you how great is was since it will book up fast for my next trip. :)
If you want location, location, location - near the beach, a quick drive to town or a walk to a local beach bar then you found it!
Besides location - you actual get a real view of the OCEAN. Watch sunrise and listen to waves crashing on the beach as you sip your coffee in the morning.
Next topic is cleanliness - must say that my husband was super impressed with bedding, towels, furnishings and all that the unit had to offer. The décor was spot on with a beachy feel but not that clutter of to many fish hanging on the wall!
Pool was nice but never used it with the Ocean just a few feet from the private boardwalk from unit. Yes it has an elevator, which is so convenient. Parking was plentiful but we were a bit off season, not sure what high season would be like. Visit the town for great food and shopping too!

5/5 Our stay was wonderful. Everything about the condo was as pictured. The location was great. Would definitely stay here again!
Quaint location and spacious villa
5/5 The villa was clean when we arrived. All necessary amenities were available, including laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, iron, etc. The location is perfect-- short walk on the boardwalk from the pool to the beach! The pool was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

working vacation
4/5 Overall the accommodations were good. Only two things could have made the stay better. The Bedroom TV remote does not work, replaced batteries, nothing. So TV did not work at all. The wifi is weak at best. We had to work during out stay and relied on the wifi which was not very good.
