Great location and comfortable
5/5 Ready walk to the beach. Close to local sites like FtClinch, lighthouse, historic downtown and marina. This property has most daily needs and easy parking. Coffee was Kureig only. Lovely and comfortable, clean and well maintained. Would do it again

Amelia island stay
4/5 We love the island and go every year - this condo was very clean , very pretty and decorated well and great location - the beds were a bit hard for us but not terrible … some noisy neighbors but no big deal - not in the condo except to sleep really - nice snack basket in the kitchen

Great Xmas stay
5/5 David is a wonderful host and a great guy. He went out of his way to bring one of the kids a fishing rod, set up and bait over. It was incredibly kind and he was very helpful. Place is very comfy.
