  Couch was very uncomfortable. Condo was not clean. Lots of dirt on floors and dust on edges of most everything. With a deep, thorough cleaning and a comfortable couch all would have been good.

  -As for the couch, we decided to bring it in as it not only transforms into a full bed, but it also offers a fantastic seating arrangement where four adults can comfortably sit together, stretching out their legs. And as an added bonus, it contributes extra storage space to the condo. We truly want your stay to be as enjoyable and convenient as possible!

  Beautidul ocean and beach view. Condonwas clean and had everything needed. Very quiet. Beds slept well. Wasnt ready to leave! Will be back. Thank you!

• Amazing view and location

  We would definitely stay here again. The views from almost every area of the condo were spectacular. Location was perfect. Beaches weren’t overcrowded. Owner provided absolutely anything we could need. HOWEVER, Evolve did not provide correct information about how to enter the condo. The lock system has been changed to digital. We were not given the correct access code. Thankfully Kim answered the phone and gave us the correct info, because we had just walked up 4 flights of stairs with groceries that needed to go in the fridge. We were texted 2 days prior to our stay that the elevator was broken and would be for our entire stay. We weren’t offered any reimbursement. Condo is on 3rd floor, but parking is underneath, so 4 flights of stairs. We are physically fit, so it was doable, but it would’ve been a major issue for other people. Suitcases and groceries up and down 4 flights of stairs was a workout.

• Sold on the View

  Booked this property because the view looked so awesome and we were not disappointed. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator but it is on the opposite side of the building. Didn't matter to us but might be something someone else would like to know. It was clean and had everything needed for cooking meals. We had a wonderful time.
