5/5 We went there for two nights for my birthday. The location is amazing and we enjoyed watching the sun come up and set, and having meals from Patti and Richards dock. The house was super clean and fully stocked. They had thought about everything from toiletries, to fire wood, fire starters, darts, corn hole, fishing poles with tackle, bikes, a grill (which isn't mentioned on the listing but they have a new one). The street is a beautiful leafy street with the springs only 4 minutes away. Patti was very responsive and even was so kind to send me something that we left behind. The property is completely fenced off so we were able to let our dogs roam freely. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay by the springs.

5/5 This place was amazing! Even better than advertised. My family loved the home. The host was very informative and helpful. The home was very clean. There was a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers and a snack bowl on the counter when we walked in. The views from the dock were breathtaking. We were able to watch the sun rise and set while sitting on the dock. Fanning Springs is right up the river and Old Town Grocery was very close as well. The are is huge and fully fenced so we will be visiting again and bring our fur babies along with us. The Anheuser-Busch cars and truck banks brought so many memories for me as my father worked there for most of my childhood. Our house was always full of steins and swag. It was very nostalgic. We were so intrigued with the property that we extended our stay. I highly recommend this listing.
