Lovely cabin in a nice location

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced during check-in. A guest who had booked through another rental company mistakenly checked into your unit. However, as soon as we were made aware of the situation, we promptly intervened and asked the guest to vacate the unit and contact their booking agency. Thankfully, they complied without hesitation.
Although this was a situation beyond our control, we took immediate action to rectify it and ensure you could access the cabin as soon as possible.

3/5 The ajor concern was deadbolt not operational due to a door jam which appeared to be a past break-in. Also the outdoor screened room had splits.

4/5 Enjoyed our quick visit to Everglade city. We didn’t arrive until after dark and had hard time locating the unit. Good location right on the water.
