  Fantastic experience at this beautiful property. Family of 5 w/ 12, 10 & 7 year old kids stayed for 5 nights. This well appointed home is right on the water of Lemon Bay Nature Preserve and before we could even get our luggage unpacked and the kayaks in the water, our kids were reeling in fish off the back yard dock!

  The kitchen is well appointed - everything you need to cook meals at home. The entire home is thoughtfully decorated and well laid out. From the master bedroom / bathroom for Mom & Dad to the kids bedrooms, living rooms, and dining room - the home works together to provide both comfort and tasteful bay-front style.

  Over the stay we caught 9 different species - redfish, snook, speckled trout, mangrove snapper and yellowtail snapper among others (all but the redfish right off the dock) and kayaked all over Lemon Bay Nature Preserve. We saw manatees while we were out on the water and the kids fed shrimp to great white herons & great blue herons in the backyard. We saw so many birds we stopped keeping count.

  The location is ideal for us - only a few minutes to Manasota Key where our kids found hundreds of fossilized sharks teeth on the beach, swam, snorkeled for shells, and boogie boarded while the waves were up. Only a few minutes farther down is Stump Pass Beach State Park where we found more sharks teeth and had good kayaking as well.

  The property owner/manager was great to work with - solid recommendations for food, live music, fishing, and shopping. A great family vacation option, especially if your family likes the beach and enjoys spending time in/near the water.

  This was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had! Fred went above and beyond by giving us tips on fishing and dining recommendations! The house was PERFECT...clean, great location, and had all needed amenities to make for a wonderful vacation for our family. We'll definitely be booking here again! 10/10 highly recommend!!

  We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent, and everything we needed was readily available. The location was perfect for our trip, and we truly appreciated the care that went into making our stay enjoyable.   I highly recommend this place! The house was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The water views were amazing, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again.
