Perfect place but ...
3/5 The place is absolutely perfect. Very close to beach. Very Very friendly neighborhood close to shops and restaurants.
However the house is very very old. Through windows lizards and geicos csn go inside because you're not able to close windows. And then all around the house you will find smal feces. We found few cocroaches in both bathrooms. Owner said that we have to close doors and windows but its not possible.
During the day AC is not powerful enough to cool it down so minimum you can get is 27 degrees during the day.
Water presure is very low in second bathroom you can barely shower there.
Dishwasher is not attached to kitchen so it moves while you open it. Also if you turn on Dishwasher then the whole floor in the kitchen is wet.
Laundry room is good :)
Garden is also ok. Bbq grill cost around 15usd so very cheap so not recommended go here if you are interested to grill here..
But again if you dont care about the "house" because on the photo it looks better then this is amazin place amazing beach :)
Very nice condo and location!
5/5 The condo was perfect for us. Everything was newer, clean, nicely decorated and larger than expected. We had a most pleasant stay a would stay again without hesitation. Steps from the beach. Kayaking, biking, and nice restaurants everywhere.
Our accommodations were just as described. Great location in a very friendly community. There were a couple complications which the owner resolved very quickly. Communication was excellent. Thanks
