A fly in the ointment
4/5 The overall condition of the property was quite good, but the value did not match the cost. The master bedroom and connected bathroom were well done—except for some of the bedding— but the rest of the house looked like it was furnished from Goodwill or yard sales. At least the property was very clean. However, when we stripped the bedding, as required at the end of the rental, we discovered the pillows under their cases were soiled (visible stains). Would not go back for that reason.

-All of the furniture is brand-new from furniture stores and was selected with guests' comfort in mind
-The owner works with an excellent cleaning service, and they inspected all of the bed pillows after receiving your feedback
-They confirmed that none of the pillows were soiled. One had a small water spot, so they replaced both pillows in that bedroom
The owner has made extensive updates to the home & property to prepare it for their guests. They're continuing to upgrade the space, and we're confident that upcoming guests can look forward to great stays at this Englewood retreat!
