Very Disappointed
2/5 Arrived after an almost 20 hour train ride to be welcomed to the rental with over a foot high grass and weeds lawn, a house that was not deep cleaned, an inch chunk of wood out of the floor between the living room & dinning room, curtains on the door hanging about a foot on the floor with a huge tare in one, missing thresholds between doors, dishwasher with dirty dishes, a missing panel at the bottom with exposed wires, stove top and oven dirty, commode wouldn't flush, broken lavatory toggle, coffee maker stored in cabinet with grounds molded, dirty wash cloths & towels stored in linen closet, no WIFI or cable. boxes and garbage in garage, only a sectional sofa in living room, no other comfortable chairs, limited drawer space for clothing. Was told by Jason at Evolve that they would return my money "IF I" found another place to stay. Impossible for me without internet access or computer not to mention it was Daytona 500 and Super Bowl weekend! The owners were kind enough to have a plumber come in on Sunday and someone mow the lawn and get us access to WIFI on Monday. We never cooked or ate a meal at the house. One plus was the convenience to locations we wanted to visit.

Well appointed home conveniently located to the surrounding area.
5/5 This home is well appointed, clean, welcoming, and located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to visit the surrounding area and beaches. The couch is very comfortable and a perfect place to relax and plan your day or to unwind and read a book. The owners have done a very nice job decorating and furnishing the home. Check in was easy and communication was excellent as the owners reached out to welcome us and to follow up after our stay.
