Hot Tub Disappointment
3/5 The property was generally as described, and the house was clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, there were a couple of significant issues that impacted our experience.First, the listing included pictures of a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Unfortunately, it was not working during our stay, which was a huge disappointment. We were looking forward to using the hot tub and lanai after a round of golf, so this was a major letdown.Speaking of the lanai, the space didn’t feel as inviting as we expected. It could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning and additional furniture. There was only one very small table with four chairs, which felt a bit sparse for the size of the area.While the house itself was comfortable and well-equipped, these issues left us feeling a bit dissatisfied with the overall value of the property.

Overall was great
4/5 Overall everything was great except the hot tub did not work, the propane tank was empty. There was no grill, we had to go out and buy one. No trash cans either, left trash bags in the garage.

- We're sorry the hot tub wasn't working during your stay; the heating issue was due to low propane. There was a delay in delivery, but it's now been refilled, and we'll ensure this doesn't happen again.
- The trash bin is located on the side of the house. We'll make sure it's easier to locate for future guests.
- Additionally, we refunded you for a one-night stay, and to further enhance your experience, we also offered a complimentary late checkout.
