Perfect cottage, great location!
5/5 I was pleasantly surprised with this little cottage, nestled a block away from trendy Main Street in Dunedin. Walking distance from restaurants, bars, parks and attractions. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was extremely responsive with any questions I had. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Perfect Spot
5/5 Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Location is great, quick walk to the town. House was very clean. Only recommendation would be to provide better directions for use of the TV.

Downtown Dunedin Weekend Getaway
5/5 The property was just as described and a very short walk to downtown Dunedin. It was even closer to the bike path which worked out great for us. We would stay again and will definitely be back to Dunedin for another short getaway.

Quick Visit
4/5 My husband and I were visiting our daughter in Tampa and wanted a quick getaway. The location was perfect! Easy walk to everything. The unit does need some updating and needs electrical outlets in the bedroom to be more accessible. However, it was clean and comfortable. Our dog could have used an enclosed area like the unit next door. Washer and dryer were a bonus! Enjoyed our stay.
